Chad conducted auctions around the Cedar Valley Area as soon as he completed his training in 1985. Then, in 1993, and old friend and fellow racer, Greg Kastli, completed his auction training and shortly thereafter, they combined forces and worked together until 2000. It was during that year that Chad experienced a temporary medical condition that forced him to take some time off. Today though, Chad's back assisting Greg with his auction business.
